Roles and Responsibilities for Telemarketing Executive in Gangtok

  • Mainly Deal directly with customers by telephone/email/chat
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints of Sikkim state
  • Also, Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • At last Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
